  • All of our apparel is printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering.
  • We use primarily DTG process   using water-based pigment inks that are Okeo-Tex Eco-Pass certified and CPSIA compliant.

To keep your shirt beautiful, I recommend washing inside out on delicate and hanging to dry. Do not iron directly over the print. Each shirt also comes with a care tag with these instructions

Currently, we don’t offer this option.

  • Standard order processing time is 7-12 business days.
  • Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days after orders have been processed and shipped.
  • You will receive a notification email or text once your order ships.

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Yes and No. From our website, we ship within the United States. For international orders visit our: Amazon UK Store and Redbubble Store

If your package says it has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office and ask your neighbours because sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address.

If you put in the wrong address and the order has been shipped. We are unable to correct it. Sacred Originals will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the right information.

Unfortunately, not. All apparel is custom made to order based on your specific color choices, so returns due to sizing, design and color are not accepted.

  • All apparel has a sizing chart in the photos or in the product details section.
  • If you are in doubt of your size, measure one of your favourite shirts and compare it to the size chart in the listing.
  • Please be sure to double check the size chart and ask us about any color questions. Photographs are edited and colors can appear differently on monitors than they do in person.

Unfortunately, you are unable to change, cancel or add something to your order. Majority of the products are custom made to order. Once an order is submitted, production starts straight away.

Due to the digital nature of our products, Sacred Originals do not accept refunds. All sales are final. Before making a purchase, please carefully read the product details to ensure compatibility.  if you experience any difficulties after purchase, please contact us and we will try our best to fix the problem.

Our apparel is custom made to order. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
